Jonkershuis at Groot Constantia is not just a restaurant, it is an entry point into one of South Africa's most layered culinary and historical landscapes. Set within the country's oldest wine estate, the estate dates back to 1685 where Simon van der Stel, the first governor of the Cape, established Groot Constantia.
