Latido is a new concept in Singapore, with Chef Fernando bringing in a little bit of his home culture to Singapore. Whilst I wouldn't consider the Latido now to be serving amazing, mindblowingly good South American food, South American cuisine in Singapore is as rare as a unicorn although it is an amazing cuisine that deserves to be celebrated.

A Review of Hilton Paris Opera
Hilton Paris Opera is nestled in a historic building just steps from Gare Saint-Lazare and is within easy reach of iconic Parisian attractions. We chose the Hilton Paris Opera because it was within walking distance to the Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette and Saint-Augustin church. Having both sights within walking distance and accessibility through the trains made Hilton Paris Opera a fantastic choice for us.

Musee Marmottan Monet in Paris
Musee Marmottan Monet is not one of those large museums. However, it has a spectacular collection and remains a very intimate place to explore the pieces of Monet. If you love impressionism and you love Monet's art, this is a great museum to be in. I thought it was a great supplement to Giverny to see some of how his works evolved and his inspiration translated.
